Open Calendar in the host dashboard, select Stay, choose the property, and open Calendar Sync.
On the other platform, copy the calendar export link for the same property. Use its iCalendar feed, not the public listing page.
In GOATSTAY, choose the platform, enter a label, paste the import URL, and add the calendar.
Confirm the connection is Active, select Sync, and check its last sync time and status.
Export GOATSTAY availability
Copy the GOATSTAY export URL in Calendar Sync.
Open the matching property calendar on the other platform and import the GOATSTAY link.
Connect both directions for each property and platform. Test with a temporary block on an unreserved date, confirm it appears on the other calendar, then remove it.
Manage sync problems
Review the connection status and any error message. Imported blocks must be changed on their source platform and synced again.
Calendar refreshes are not instantaneous. Check availability before accepting bookings, especially just after a reservation or calendar change.
Treat calendar feed URLs as private links; do not post them in public listing content.
