In Listings, select Add listing or Add property and choose the manual method when prompted.
Choose the property type and whether guests get an entire place, private room, or shared room. Enter the property basics, capacity, and location.
Write a description of at least 50 characters. Upload at least five clear images; each must be no larger than 10 MB and at least 640 × 480 pixels.
Select amenities and complete safety disclosures, house rules, pricing, availability, and guest services. For a boutique or multi-room property, complete the room inventory setup.
Keep phone numbers, email addresses, external booking links, and instructions to book outside GOATSTAY out of public listing text and photos.
Submit for review
Review the details and required compliance acknowledgements, then submit. Keep the page open while the details and images upload.
If an upload fails, use Retry. The form may retain a draft in the current browser; do not assume it is available on another device.
Check the result and listing status. Complete any requested corrections or verification before expecting publication.
