# How to become a GOATSTAY host

Register as a host, complete your profile and verification, and submit a listing for review.

## Register and prepare your account

1. Open host registration. Enter your name, email address, phone number, and password, plus any additional information requested.
2. Complete the registration and verification prompts. Use Login as Host to access your host dashboard.
3. Complete your Host Profile and open Identity Verification when requested. The verification flow supports a passport, driving licence, or national ID and may require a selfie and camera access.

## Prepare your listing

1. Have your property address, property and place type, guest capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, and description ready.
2. Prepare at least five clear property photos, amenities, safety disclosures, house rules, nightly pricing, check-in and check-out times, and availability.
3. Provide licence, registration, and insurance information where applicable to your property and location. Complete the requirements shown in your listing form.

## Submit and start managing your property

1. Open Listings in the host dashboard and add a property. Complete the listing sections and required acknowledgements, then select Submit for review.
2. Check the submission result: a pending listing is waiting for review and is not yet visible to guests. A published listing is visible to guests.
3. Use the host dashboard to manage listings, reservations, messages, calendar, and payment settings. Follow up on any verification or review request.
